    Well I think I fixed it. I couldn’t find a replacement high fuel pressure pump filter but I soaked the old one in carb cleaner over night periodically shaking the hell out of it.     Got it put back together but think that skipping at high throttle is saying I didn’t fix anything. hoping the weather will cooperate so I can take it out soon and see. any thoughts or advice would be appreciated
