    Happy now! Only took 6 months to get this drive swapped out. Likely still save some adjustments etc, but hopefully the heavy lifting is completed.

    I cracked the gimbal housing so replaced it and everything else in the drive, used the old transom plate inside which appeared identical. I have the A1G1 pump. You suggest bypassing the reverse lock valve?

    Some pics. first is bottom of pump. Maybe a stripped port? But two hoses coming out of pump. second/third reverse cutout from top fourth is from aft. No other ports seen.
