    Would a full teardown and replacement of the power head gaskets and crankcase seals be overly ambitious or should I just resurface and replace the head gasket? And yes I replaced the impeller and lower unit oil when I first picked the outboard up.

    1992 6hp rewind starter housing

    I went ahead and put it back together with the epoxy and it seems to be holding up just fine so far. I was going to reinforce it with some braces but it doesn’t seem to be showing any flex or signs of weakness at the joint so I’m tempted to just let it be. Thanks for the help guys.
