Absolutely, I'm an electronics tech and been doing it for over 38 years, Anything can an will break. Got a new injector in this afternoon and put it in. Went to lake and pressures are more even and power is back and runs good at low speed again.
I actually removed the injector and pushed fuel through it with it energized and not energized both. Pretty sure it's not the wiring this time. Saying this, i'm not a yamaha tech either. so if i'm missing something and you know more than i do please fill me in.
How common is it for an injector on a 2006 F150 to stick open? Noticed my pressure was down on my starboard engine and checked the injectors and found one stuck open.
