I agree with the air, nothing else makes sense. I ordered a lower seat kit to replace the oring between the upper and lower. Only other thing i can think of is the drive was cut to high in the boat and it is sucking air in the top holes of the water intake. I guess if the seal doesn't fix it, i will put some small bolts with rubber washers in the top 2 holes and try that. I really don't know what else to do.
