Just bought and pontoon with a 04 Merc 115hp 4stroke. I noticed that the swivel bracket is pretty rusted... i was wondering how hard it is to replace this part? I found a used one for a decent price but i want to also make sure i wont need anything else while changing this out. Let me know your thoughts. Thank you.
