Spark plugs are out, would be a good time to do a compression test.

Reading plugs is something that should be done in person. Need to smell, touch and see. But from the picture, you do have a problem. Wouldn’t jump to “lean” just yet.

Thanks for all the advice everyone. With 2 little ones and the season coming to an end I just don't have a whole lot of time. I'm going to have to leave this in the hands of my local marina for the winter.

Diagnosing an engine problem that doesn't log any fault codes is never an easy/cheap task but I will have them start with a compression test for certain. Hopefully that will give some direction. Thanks again.

There can be a lot of value in hiring someone with knowledge to troubleshoot problems like this.

Please keep us us updated on what they find.

Starting to revisit this issue again this year. I was looking at the recording I made from last year before wrapping the boat for the winter to to see if I missed anything. I noticed the MAP at idle is reading 9 psi (62kga) while the spec AllDodge noted in the screen shot above is 45-55kGa on idle in neutral. I wonder if that 62 could be a normal variant though based on Baro pressure?

Does anyone have the Diacom software and willing to look at this .rec file I made last year to see if am I missing anything on my end?
-Index 0 to 290 Idle at Dock.
-Index 350 to 586 is the first 3 min no wake zone leaving the dock (stuck 99% IAC)
-Index 1229 to 1463 On plane cruise speed at various throttle positions

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I know this is an old thread, but I am having almost identical issues. Did you ever get anywhere with it? I've got the diacomm software also and have done some logs.
