1.5 hp Johnson 1969

I need to change the impeller on this motor. My parts arrived yesterday, before I begin is there anything I need to be extra cautious about when I seperate the lower end?

Looking down on the housing with the prop away from my waist, should the impeller fins turn clockwise in its housing?
