Welcome to iboats.
Let's get this up to the Other Outboard (Sea King, Sears, etc.) Troubles/Repair forum for some answers.

I believe that is a 74 3 hp.built by Eska.It uses a AV520 Tecumseh air cooled power head w a water cooled exhaust leg.champion J13Y plug set at .030.
If it has breaker points set at .020.Solid state parts are hard to come by and expensive.motor is a comprimise at best.It vibrates,is noisy, somewhat under powered, impeller is a weak link, and it requires fiddleing to keep in operation.
It is an inexpensive entry level motor if you don't have to spend too much to get it in operation.

When that 3hp is running, it's OK. Take your oars, though. It's nice to be able to get back to the dock.

That powerhead is almost the same as the Tecumseh/Power Products AH52, which was quite common in lawn and power equipment in the 60s and 70s.

You might find powerhead parts at a mower shop.
