Trailer is a 2010 5 Star Galvanized with 2 bunks, one on each side about 8ft long.

Last year the boat was trailered all year, this year I launched in April and havent used the trailer since. I noticed the one bunk is really warped now. Should I do anything? or will the boats weight help settle this?

I would say the boat will straighten your bunk out w/o any problems. I would not worry, just make sure the carpet on the bunk is clean from dirt/rocks, etc, if it has been sitting for long. Easy to do damage to gelcoat/bottom paint otherwise.

Without a pic it's difficult to give an opinion as the degree of warp is subjective to explanation. You say "really warped" which is of some concern. Lumber can warp for a number of reasons and since it's covered with carpet it's hard to know whether the board may have an excessive knot where the board may have split?? It's going to be a good judgement call on your behalf but if it were me I'd pull the carpet back and see if there could be potential for the board to break when you load your boat back on. A little late at that point should a bunk bracket potentially puncture your hull. Do an inspection first!
