Does anyone know what size nut holds the flywheel on the engine shaft?

Do flywheel keys come in different sizes? Does anyone know what size key the Sportwin requires?

Not sure on the nut size. I just use the one that fits

Call your marina and order a new key (have motor model number ready). I've heard evinrude didn't use the kind at the hardware store. ??

The nut is a standard 1/2-20 thread, 3/4" hex. The key is part number 120395, a special key that you have to get from an Evinrude dealer, of someone selling genuine Evinrude parts.
