100hp merc impeller change help

hello, any info helpful, 1962 100hp merc inline 6cyl. i am changing the impeller and need to know which way the blades should face and does it need any lube. how often should the prop gearbox oil be changed? what oil to fuel mix should be used? motor has been in storage for past nine years, any other recommendations before going to lake? i drained the fuel tank and intend to use merc power tune before test drive. thanks tony

Put some dish liquid on the impeller. Then when you push the water pump housing down on the impeller, turn the vertical shaft (the one the impeller is on) Clockwise.
