yes all i have seen on the head is 15degrees to hot and my temp gun is accurate i have checked using my digital thermometer i have at home for my saltwater fishtank lol ano NO i was not able to remove the bubble i took all the bolts out and it is still hung up on something i wish i could remove it to inspect inside the bubble any pointers on that and i have seen that barnacle problem too on a 22 ft maxum with a alpha on the back the guy put it in and didnt use it all season and it was a barnacle build up in the water pickup hose inside the transom plate/gimbal assembly area just in case u wanted my opinion no matter how many times u change those hoses it never gets easier lol
