This engine has set up for 3 years. I put in new gas and a injector cleaner, fuel filters and air filter. Cranked it on a hose and earmuffs. No water pressure at gauge. I changed the water pump and seals. Cranked it today and still had no pressure at gauge. After about 3 minutes at idle a horn sounded 3 times and stopped. I checked the temp of the water coming out at the prop and p-tube, just luke warm and plenty of it. The gauge works and the hose to it is clear. The head felt cool enough. What is going on? why no pressure? The engine has a thermostat and a pressure release valve could either of these, sticking cause a problem like this? Thanks in advance for your wisdom.
