115 hp Outboard, low power

I have an Merc efi 2002, 115hp Outboard, 4-stroke, that came on the Fisher Freedom 240 we just bought. The boat had been sitting up in a dock on the Lake for two years. It had algae and barnacles all over the toons and where motor was in water. We have washed and cleaned that good. Owner said it was "slow" accelerating but it cranks and purrs like a kitten at idle but on acceleration it doesn't want to take fuel like its starving for gas, .So far replaced spark plugs, cleaned fuel system and new fuel filter, I am about to try to clean injectors, another concern is the spark plugs only have a weak spark. I did a compression and it runs 80-90.
