ive replaced my impeler the other day and its still doing same thing its a new water pump but the issue is when i run it in a tank it pees for little bit but *** motor warm up it starts steaming and less water out peehole ... old impeller loook good tooo....... what could it bee

The water in the test tank needs to be several inches above the antiventilation plate.

yea it is or was i gues im gona have to remove lower unit again and try to flush it out something cant be right cause after i throtle up to 2000 rpms for say 3 minutes it starts to blow steam......scaryyyy .... out the peehole but spits lots of water out the 2 ports in the back

It spits lots of water out the two square holes below the powerhead? Maybe the gasket between the exhaust extension and the powerhead leaks allowing water to bypass the block and go out the exhaust? it is a guess. Are the powerhead bolts tight? Do you have an exhaust leak under the powerhead?
