I have a 115 hp 6 cylinder merc that needs rebuild. Any one have an idea of what this would cost, and does anyone know of anyone in Kansas, or Oklahoma who does rebuilds..that knows what they are doing?
hmm.why do you want it rebuild?borring cylinders is 100/hole,pistons and rings 100/2,needle bearrings 15/piece(u need 12).ballbearings 20 to 30.dont forget gaskets 60 $.those are just appriopete figures just for power head parts
115hp 6cyc inline,V6,2 cards ,3 cards what year and how most do you want to spend? most rebuild are just cards, fuel pump, water pumps . alot of things are not necessary and will not inprove anything
I should have know to have more information prior to asking the question, I have the motor in storage at work, I will get the numbers and report back here in the morning.
