ok went out.Hard to start. Finally got it to run and it wouldn't run past 3k rpms.Went back to shore and it dawned on me what it was.I had the leads from power pack on backwards on the coils.Switched and it cranked right up.It has run better today since we have had it.It planed out quick, ran faster, more power and idles at 1100 rpms. Now the same problem we are having and now I know what is happening, when you beach it for 30 minutes or so the exhaust fills up with water then hydralocks. There has to be some check valve to shut water from entering the exhaust and filling up.The water level is parallel to the bottom cylinders.the first two times we went out it didn't do that.I took off one exhaust hose and blew air through then water started coming out of the exhaust and bottom.Cleaned the cylinders with air, plugs and started right up and blew a lot of water out the exhaust. So if anyone knows what is suppose to valve the water from coming in let me know.Once I get that problem solved I think she will be good to go.
