Hi guys hoping you can help guide me in the right direction new to the community so bare wit me, I just recently bought a procraft boat that needed some engine work done " Needs carb work" I was told, well after paying and getting it home and what not i ended up swapping out the engine harness doing a lower rebuild carb rebuild fuel pump rebuild and she was running like a champ but started making a noise like a belt was lose, I checked the belt was fine but while doing so i turned the fly wheel up top to save my self from hitting the ground "One leg left due to a IED" and well it turned on me and now will not fire up, any suggestion ive look in the manual but there are about 400 timing settings it seems like and i want to be sure i do it right. Like i said before it was running 5 minutes before i took the belt off and moved the fly wheel now it just turns over and wants to back fire almost.
Im going to get some pictures with the engine cow off and what not to maybe give a better idea of whats going on, and if anyone in the Augusta GA area knows anything ill pay ya gas money lol.
