115hp yamaha v4 speedometer wont work and bit broke off in little hole now what

A 5/16 bit broke off and I tried air and still blocked any suggestion lower unit off

Ayuh,.... Abandon it, 'n mount a pitot tube on the transom if you think you need a speedo,.....

5/16" sounds HUGE for a pitot tube,.....

You can use bits like this to drill an over sized hole to get the bit out and then re-fill the holes with PB.

I took the speedo off my boat and use my IPhone App to know how fast I'm going.
