Found this at an yard sale for 30 bucks, changed out the fuel lines (cracked) and got it running, anyone know the worth of this outboard?. a 1960 model A3FB-1264

You got it for $30. That established the value at that time. Right now it is worth whatever somebody is willing to pay you for it.

They are not collectors items if thats what your thinking. A good running older Scott normally goes for around $200. Parts can be hard to get and unless you find the right buyer most people aren't familar enough with them to want them. Either way they are good motors and will serve you well if you take care of it.

Paid $30 yard sale(not running), took home got running (changed cracked fuel lines, posted on web site,sold for $155.00. Now have 10HP Evinrude Sportwin '61 selling for $300, same senario, Evinrude higher quality, smoother idler/runner/performer.
