120 evenrude won't restart

I have an 1989 Evenrude V4 120. It seems to start fine with just a little normal coughing and smoking. <br />After I have ran the engine for 10 to 30 min. and stop it does not restart. I have had to remove plugs and let them dry out, then it will start. It just won't start when its warmed up. Any suggestions for this problem?

Not so quick on removing the VRO as that may not be your problem. I bought the boat from the former owners widow. She didn't have alot of information on the boat. I replaced the plugs with the correct ones and also installed new thermostats fuel filter and gas bulb. It ran fine at the lake last weekend. Good carb rebuild couldn't hurt.Thanks
