I have a 1998 120 Hp Force that starts and runs normally but after it is warmed up, while sitting at idle for about 3 minutes, it will stall and then not want to restart and remain idling. It usually takes about 4 attempts before it will start and remain at idle, then will try to stall when you put it into gear unless you move the shift lever forward quickly to open the carbs up. That seems to help it clear itself, then it will run okay until the next time we stop and idle for an extended period. As long as we don't stop for more than a minute or so, it usually doesn't stall out. Kind of acts like the carbs could be loading up rich, but I'm not sure.
