120 hp merc force carb leaking

I just cleaned carbs and reinstalled now I have fuel coming out of every hole and fitting on the top carb!.. help plz!!— should I try and find a new carb or try and get a repair kit. I’m dying to get back on the water

Pull the top carb and check it again.
Check needle inlet tip and seat, check and adjust the float level.
Turn the carb upside down when reassembled and blow in the fuel inlet.
You should not be able to blow through.
If still problem check for repair kit.
Try Franz Marine Service if you need new repair kit, he might have OEM kit.
