So, was out earlier today briefly when i noticed my temp gauge off the map. Shut er down immedietly and limped to shore on the kicker. The boat, an older Campion fiber form with 120HP Merc inboard outboard. The darn hose that connects from the port on the leg to the transom was split in half... no wonder she wasnt cooling! was able to remove the olf broken hose, but am wondering if theres a special pre-formed hose to replace it with , and how?? very little space in there to get hands into. Help

to put it bluntly, your hosed!
first read up in the service manual that applies to your drive. from here.
other than that. you'll be removing the drive and removing the bell hoseing. you may wanna remove the drive shaft bellows for extra minimal access. replace any thing and everything as your on your way to go get hosed. ie, shift cable and it's bellows, drive shaft bellows, the hose, etc. it's a bum job, very tight to work in but it's gotta be done.
your fingers will hurt for weeks after yer done with this job.

Thanks....and CRAP!! I was afraid of that :(

Ayuh,.... If ya go into it Plannin' on doin' ALL the rubber, 'n replaceable service parts,...

It can go Very easily, so long as it ain't a saltwater corroded mess...

just follow the manual, step by step, 'n things actually just fall right into place, just like the manual says it will...

Bellows, hose, 'n shift cable is 'bout the minimum I'd do...
