120 hp mercury force

Was running decent just picked up this boat. Decided to do a compression test. no compression on cylinder 1. How do I go about fixing.

Anyone is it garbage or worth fixing the 1 piston/cylinder?

Well you will need to tear it down to see how bad the damage is internally. Piston looks broken so something had to let go.

Severe pre-ignition.....I wont let a customer spend money to repair a Force.....
