Is this exhaust plate suitable to re-use?

The hot area has slight ballooning and the overall bend as the photo shows.

YES! As long as there are no corrosion perforations. They are all stainless steel sheet metal and exhaust heat warps ALL of them. Yours is in better condition than most.

I noticed the same thing when I re-built my 125 HP. I re-used it with no problems.

Later on, I made a thicker replacement out of a piece of stainless steel that was .060 inches (0.152cm) thick. I think the stock thickness is about 0.030 (0.03cm). So far after 3 years it has shown only a very slight warp. The stainless steel was very difficult to cut and drill.

Standard thickness replacements are about $45 US.
