Re: 120hp force 94'
Will it start again right after it dies? If not, what is your fuel bulb like at the time? If it is empty, does pumping it up get your engine started right away?
Your timing is adjusted by a locknut/screw linkage at the top of your engine, just under the flywheel. You will need a timing light (preferably an inductive pick-up) to properly perform the operation.
It is quite advisable to get yourself a manual in order to perform anything beyond removing the cover. A Clymer manual will run you around $15 - $20 and will give you a very good understanding of the layout of the engine, easy adjustments, and even troubleshooting tips and flow descriptions.
This forum is great for any questions that the manual doesn't cover or for the weird stuff that sometimes plagues us.
