120hp L-Drive wiring question??

I have a 1992 120hp L-drive that I'm trying to chase down an electrical demon. My Clymer manual has everything BUT my complete wiring diagram. Does anyone out there have one they can share? I've got a small (1"X1/2"X5" long) sealed componet in my system that I cannot find anywhere in the Clymer manual???? Any ideas what this item does or what it is? Thanks!

Your mystery part is called a "candybar".

It is not factory.

It likely came with a replacement stator.
Don't remember exactly why they had them.

the closest wiring diagram you will find is the one on either page 599 or 600 of the Clymer manual.
