120hp upper gear case rebuild

Do I need any special tools to rebuild the upper gear case? I am a machinist by trade so i have all kinds of measuring tools. I have rebuilt small block chevys along with transmisions in front wheel drive cars. so I feel I can handle the job. The outdrive I will be rebuilding is a pre alphia unit on a 74 reniell boat. im pretty sure this is the kit i will need part # 43-803101T1

The gears in the upper unit are all stripped.
