Do I have to actually remove the black hot wires from their breakers or is it enough to just pull the breakers off their bus bar, leaving the black wire attached? Do I also need to remove the matching white neutral wire from the neutral bus bar and the matching ground wire from the grounding stud or can I leave all the whites and greens as they are?
Also, whats the best way to check the breakers to make sure they are ok?
