125 force flywheel magnets

i read in my manual that if the stator resistance is okay and the stator output is consistently low that the flywheel magnets could be weak. would this cause a intermitent high speed miss. i have cleaned carbs replaced stator and nothing changed. i have a flywheel on the way.

hmm, i would try sanding the magnets just a little with fine grade sand paper just to clean off the gung if its clean the cheak if all the connections are good.

replaced stator and still only have 140 volts on stator output test on 1and2 an on 3and 4. the flywheel looks like it has had some repair to it.it dont look good. my question is could this be my problem. if not where do i go from here
