125 Force Outdrive

Any tips or tricks to removing lower half, replacing water pump? I've done a couple Mercruisers in the past.

No trick.
Just make sure the bolts/screws under the snout is loose.
Then the shift linkage is unhooked.
The screws on the pump, when tightened need to be tourqued.
I think it's 70in.#s
A touch of grease on the vanes of the impeller.

mark the snout position before you take it off - that way it steers like it did before you took it off
