not necessarily because that 125 i-4 will be needing to put out more RPM's to achieve the same speed as a v-6 would so its possible that that 125 might use more gas than a v-6 because of the higher revs. that is unless your always running WOT... anyways, the 125 will be adequate but i think eventually you'll want to step up to a 150-175 V-6 for more power. you know that even though you may not need it, it will always be there unlike the 125...just my .02
