12V linear actuator for tilt/trim

Came across this today. Has anyone done this here? Can't see it holding out in water for long.
I would be putting it on a 1972 Chrysler 85 HP. So likely use two actuators.

I agree, this is destined for quick failure. Maybe if you don't mind buying new actuators every year, but that's not a real solution.
