I put the boat in the water like all other Americans on the 4th of July.

When I put her in I primed the bulb and started the motor. She ran fine for a minute and puttered out. I re-primed thinking it was just cold, but not..... She started up and I backed out the ramp to open her up and clean out the carbs thinking it might be gumming up. I have been running her on a regular basis so can't be that. Well she stalled on me again. I re-primed and it started and ran for another minute. Then the brainstorm I keep priming to keep the engine on. I had to do this to get back to the boat ramp.

My question I think my Fuel Pump is out? Any suggestions. 96' Evinrude 4 Cyl. 130 HP

Happy 4th of July Gang!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tex!

Give your entire fuel hose system a thorough inspection. Look for cracks and evidence of fuel leaking. I think your problem is the fuel pump though.
