Hello Ive 2 95 model 130 yamahas 1 I cant get to crank changed the plugs pulled plugs out and they are firing checked fuel seems to be going to the carbs. The other 130 when running I see little droplets of oil in the water.I had it rebuilt last year and the same guy redone both engine carbs could this be my problems with both engines.I surely dont want to put oil in the water. Thanks in advance

I doubt if you have an ignition problem due to those units never fail. But of course this one could prove me wrong. Remove the sparkplug wires and check the spark. If it sparks then the problem is fuel. Either #1 the choke isn't working and its not getting enough fuel or #2 you've choked it too much and its flooded. Let it sit awhile and open the throttle wide open. Attempt to start it again. If it doesn't hit after a few trys. Bring the throttle back, pull the manuel choke on the front of the engine and try again. Oh yeah, you did check the kill lanyard to be sure it wasn't pulled didn't ya?

Yes I pulled the plugs and put them 1 at time against the block and saw them all spark.Did the above mention with choke manual and pushed key in. Let it sit about 30 min and tried again never spit or anything.Im going to pull it home next weekend it was rainy and all yesterday so I left it at beach. Thanks for the information.

How long has it been sitting? it could be the carbs are varnished up,do what was already sugguested use the manual choke on the front of the motor,on some years Yamaha used a 2 piece spring load choke plate,it does not get a full choke effect,it could just be lack of fuel, from this are the carbs do need to be gone thur again
