Well this engine/boat has been in storage/garage for about 3 1/2 months since it was last started (the motor), and it wasnt started by me.
But Today i decided to start it, hooked up the Hose, Water Neck and tried to start...
I ended up with the motor turning over but no start, like its waiting for something else to happen... Im not a genius boatie so i know nothing... Any Suggestions!

When trying to start the motor did you push the key in to engage the choke? This is often missed by people not familiar with chryslers. PUsh key in and you will here an audible click. While holding the key in turn key to start. When motor starts stop pushing in. You may have to push it in a couple of times till the motor warms up.

I also did that, the click comes but it just makes the motor turn over differently... no start >.<

Take the cowling off and engage the choke. Verify all the choke butterflies are opening. Does this motor have a removable fuel tank or does it have an internal tank? Try putting some premix gas oil mix in a spray bottle and spray it into the carbs and try firing it up again. Will this make it fire?

Hmm, i was thinking it would be more simple...SPARK PLUGS? Hehe, since im a boating idiot, can you/anyone explain in a way i can understand, id like to wait and see if this can be fixed by me or if i have to take it to be serviced.. THanks, ~The motor has an external tank, And i will try better fuel because the fuel is abit old... Thanks Again!

It is hardly ever the spark plugs. Take the cover off the motor. With someone else pushing the key in to choke the motor watch the front of the carburators. When you hear the click the plates in front of the carburators should close and when the key is released they should open.

For correct starting procedure of the motor prime the fuel bulb till it is tight. Make sure selector is in neutral and advance the throttle as far as it will go. ( Should only move a little bit because when in neutral the throttle is locked out) Turn key to run position and while pushing key in turn to the right. When the motor starts quit pushing in the key to turn off the choke.

Hope this helps.
