Hi all.
I have a Mercury Optimax 135hp
serial number 1B775888
Model 1135D83HY

On the weekend I had a error code cone up one my StarCraft gauge saying Sensor Power Supply Voltage is low.

I lost On my gauge trim, Speedo and Lph.
Volts were going up to 14v whilst driving back to ramp

Also didn't go into limp mode on way back to ramp and ran as normal.
Any idea on what it could be

Thanks in advance
David.

It could be a blown fusible link. A high voltage reading can be caused by the alternator sense circuit sensing reduced battery voltage and causes the alternator to increase voltage output due to the blown fusible link.

Just following up on this issue.
it just ended up being a faulty trim gauge sender. Removed and replaced and it is now good
