Hey Bear,
She's coming together nicely. Sorry I have MIA for most of this build. I need to go back and catch up on everything you have done. No surprise, but the finishing work and electrical are super tight.

Great work. Looks like you are ahead of schedule for a spring-time splash.

Hey PMC!
Glen! Thanks for checking things out! I'm getting close to splash need a few feet of ice to melt first!

Just some pics of whats been going on.

I have all the decks, supports, seats attached and riveted. Trolling motor fastened... On one side I've decided how to mount my fishing rod holders, still need to make brackets for other side. I've also attached some drink / fishing lour / cell phone holders.

Looks great! Really well thought out set-up and great execution :thumb:

Only suggestion would be to space the rod holders off the bench seats a bit so that the longest 2 rod tips aren't bent against the hull, might vibrate/buzz or abraid either the paint or the back of the rod tip.

Maybe up-cycle a 6" piece of a pool noodle over the end of the rod when running to and from the fishing spots?

You and Jackson are gonna have a real fishing machine when you're finished there Bear. Everything looks good. I like your dry storage idea as well. I, may have to look into something similar for our Starcraft in the spring.

Hey gang,

boat is finished besides a few odds and ends. I took it to have the cover made this morning. Trailer worked great! I ended up re-wiring, adding LED's cause the old lights kept shorting out. Also needed new wheel bearing, and tires. Depressing it was cheaper to buy an entire wheel set, than purchase a tire and have it installed.:noidea:

Here are the last of the resto pics....

The third rod holder added to keep tips from rattling around.

Hey Bear, I really like the Kool Deck product. We used to use it in my Swimming Pool Business Back in the day. It worked great. I've suggested it for boats several times and your's is one of the first that I've seen where it's been used. I think it will be very practical and easy to use and clean. Keep us posted on your findings!!!

Nicely equipped fishing machine! Where did you get, or how did you make the fiberglass bow supports for the cover? Sorry if you already posted that info.
