140 dt 1986 wont start

hi everyone my 1986 suzuki 140 dt ran great before it got wet got wet when washing the boat forgot to put cover back now it wont start new fuel have spark drained carbs did start for 2 sec then stop tried fuel mix in carbs no luck jumped number 4 cylinder to motor then started but stopped any help would be great ty
