Running 140 hp 1989 evinrude on a 1989 16' vision ( hydrostream ). 24 pitch raker prop reads 6700 rpm at full throttle. Manufacturer recommends max rpm at 6000. Can I fix this with cupping or do I need to increase pitch to 26 or 28?
