Hey, I keep trying to sell this 140 engine that runs ... but Its got a crack that's been repaired with JB weld that makes them kind of nervous.
I understand, but if I had a boat to drop it into... I'd definately drop it in and feel safe about it.
2 Questions.
1) Should I be concerned that the block is inevitably toast... and am I in denial.
2) Is there something I should do to guarantee that the crack is in good hands with the JB weld repair (like should I pull of the JB weld and drill the ends of the crack.
Thanks,
Ryan
PS... anyone want to buy a 140hp motor (with a cracked water jacket?
