I have a 2000 Tohatsu 140. The #4 cyclinder isnt working. I have checked and confirmed that it has fire coming to the plug and that it has compression in the 145 to 150 range just like the other three. I have no idea without breaking the carbs apart to find out why it isnt working. Seems like the plug is semi wet on the end when I pull it out which means that it is getting gas??? It was reving in the 5900 rpm range since I bought it and since the #4 cyc went out it will not rev past 3200 rpm. Any advice or direction would help me greatly. could it be the computer or carbs or ??? Thanks.
