14ft Baretta rides off balance at full throttle

Hi we just restored the floor of a 14 ft baretta and it currently has the same problem as it did before we rebuilt the floor in it. The boat will ride balanced and turn good goth ways at half throttle but at full the right side which is the side i am driving from goes about a foot higer and when it does this you can only turn to the left and not the right. I assume this is a drag issue or prop but am not sure.

Anyone have any recomendations?

I hade the same problem on my 17 ft glastron with a 115 merc. I found the skegg on the motor was slightly twisted from someone draging it on the ramp. Had to grind the stop on the trim tab to turn the tab almost full to the right to fix it. Works great now , good luck
