15 hp evinrude year

G'day all,
just picked up a 15 hp evinrude and I'm just wondering what year model it is.
The model number is 15R75C.
Does this equate to,
15 hp,rope start,'75 model ?
What is the " C " for ?
Is the fuel oil ratio 50:1 ?
Still can't get over how small it is compared to the old sportwin 9.5 we had years ago.

15 = hp
R = rope start
75 = year
C = indicates model run; any changes in the model during the year are determined from this number. Doesn't mean much to anyone, but the good folks at OMC/BRP.
