15 hp Gamefisher/Force 225.581501 No Spark

I am having problems starting my 15 hp Gamefisher 225.581501. I have cleaned & set the plugs, checked the leads, etc. but I am still not getting spark.

This model DOES NOT have points. Yes, I did remove the flywheel to confirm this.

Any suggestions?
