Hi, I would like to know what's involed in rebuilding a 15 hp suzuki engine.

DO I need to replace all gasket, where can we get parts, cheap...

How do I take it appart. I see the bolts under the engine. What's in between the engine and the base, muffler tube? :( connecting rod?, :(, shaft for the gears?:( Do they come off easy or is it a pain to remove / reinstall?.

I am not a mechanic but I do normal stuff on my car, truck, ATV, Snowmobile. I took engine apart on snowmobile before, but I am new to outboard engine.

Any advice welcome, anything on the web for FREE manual?

Thanks

Thanks for the advice, there is a lot of little parts in there. I was wondering when you lift the engine if there is things falling on the floor, like connection to the shaft, exhaust, etc.

I do not know what is wrong with it, I heard a clic, then it running only on one cylinder. I looked inside by revoming the cylinder cap and one of the piston leaves an oil strike. I thought it was seize on the lake, It was hard to pull the crank but after a while, it came back to normal.
