Lowe's and HD both sell Rustoleum in Limited Colors, BUT... You can TINT your own. Lowe's won't tint it for you but I got my Baby Blue by mixing Gloss White and Gloss Blue untill I got the Baby Blue color I wanted. It was not Hard to do. Google up how to mix paint to the color you want and it will tell you what colors you need to mix to get the shade you want. Not to hard to do really. And yes for the final Coat I used Advanced Auto's FINISH ONE High Temp (85?) Reducer. Worked GREAT!!!!!

I'll have to check out my local HD and Lowes to see if they stock the paint, maybe I can actually see what colors they have.

To your earlier question, yes I have an orbital sander, but it is not near as effective as the DA.

Got the patches on bottom of completed today, all sanded down and primed for the time being. I am going to hold off on the painting of the boat until later on this year, when it cools down alot! This will also give me time to make sure the patched areas are going to hold. Now it's time to get the 56' big twin in a barrel and see how it runs, after replacing all the ignition parts.
