Pull stats and run it.........if all the "heating guts" are removed and it still run too hot @ 24 PSI (which to me already screams-PLUGGED), sounds like you better "get a bigger hammer" eh?

Water pressure should NEVER get that high. Something is restricting flow somewhere in the block in order to create that pressure.

Pull the LU then rig a water hose to back-flush the system. Be sure to use a barrel or huge bucket under the leg, don't care about over filling it, just want to catch however much sand gets flush out.

I have checked every single thing we spoke about... I pulled the heads and found everything clear... The heads looked to be a mess so I planed them down to clean metal and replaced them....after soaking them in muriatic acid... still the same..... ugggg
